Refund policy

According to company policy, we are unable to issue refunds. Instead we offer an exchange or store credit to be used on future purchases. Unless, of course, if we make a mistake or the product is defective! We do our best to make sure to fulfill every order promptly and efficiently, but sometimes mistakes do happen. Please contact us if you would like to return something that you bought from The Vault, and we'll be happy to work something out!
